Payment and Exchange Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or you are welcome to pay through Paypal. We have a 14-day exchange policy. Sorry, no refunds. We are not responsible for shipping on exchanges and we do not offer free shipping on exchanged items even if it is over our $85 limit.

Shipping
We ship USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. We can also ship Priority Mail, which takes 2 to 3 days. We can not guarantee delivery dates but we can guarantee ship dates. Since many of the pieces are hand-made, please allow up to one week for shipments to be shipped. Most orders will ship within three days. If you need your order shipped in less than 3 days, email or call us so we can do our best to expedite. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships.

Contact Us
Emails will be answered in a timely manner (usually in less than 24 hours). We are a small company that will take all of your concerns to heart. Our studio is closed on the weekend and has part-time hours in some months, so please be patient if we do not return calls the same day.

Jewelry
We stand by our product and do our best to keep you wearing it and happy. Although we do not guarantee KTC jewelry under all circumstances, we will repair all damage from normal wear on our handmade pieces or help you clean a piece free of charge. In addition, email us to find out more about the fee for our redipping policy on vermeil.

Care of Jewelry
Handmade jewelry is mostly sterling silver and vermeil unless otherwise noted. For best results, avoid wearing in extreme heat and take care to keep it away from sun cream, perfume, and extreme perspiration and any other outside agents. Store jewelry in plastic bags when you are not wearing it or in our boxes which are lined with anti-tarnish cotton.
The costume jewelry is gold and silver plated. Avoid wearing it in extreme heat or when you are perspiring. If you are allergic to plated metals, it is better to invest in our hand-made line made with precious metals. Please contact us about changing the hooks on our costume earrings to sterling silver or gold-filled. We can also convert to clips on request for all of our earrings for a small fee.

Packaging
All jewelry comes in a pretty hand-stamped ktcollection box. The box is lined with anti-tarnish cotton. We are happy to attach a card with a personal message for gifts free of charge if you choose that option.

Weddings and Custom Orders
We are developing our wedding page on our site. In the meantime, if you are getting married and need a bridesmaid gift, please contact us to set up a studio appointment.

Privacy Policy
Under no circumstances will ktcollection share your personal information with anyone outside of our company for any reason without your written permission. We respect your trust in our company and take precautions to protect your privacy.
